If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item within 14 days for a Store Credit, Exchange, or Alterations. We are the manufacturer of our garments and can make necessary alterations. Vessels Of Glory work diligently to produce vestments and other garments and accessories of the highest standard which is costly. Therefore, we have a NO REFUND POLICY. Please email vesselsofgloryglobal@gmail.com to receive instructions on returning your purchase for an exchange. Vessels Of Glory does not supply a return label. Shipping back and forth is the customer’s responsibility. Standard shipping rates will apply. All In-stock Men’s & Ladies’ Robes are manufactured according to standard suit and dress sizes, robe lengths & sleeves are standard according to the united states garment industry.

In some case the robes might require minor alterations, which is the customer’s responsibility. All Special Custom order Men’s & Ladies Vestments and other garments, which are manufactured according to customers size & specification cannot be return or exchanged, unless there is some mistake made by Vessels Of Glory in manufacturing the vestments, for which we will take full responsibility. CANCELLATION POLICY:

Vessels Of Glory designs and manufactures our garments. Presently many of our garments are made to order, which takes 2 to 3 weeks for shipping. For products that are in our warehouse, we aim to ship orders within 2 working days. Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. Multiple orders may be delivered in one or more delivery.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it is available.

We do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by a Third Party (UPS, FEDEX, USPS). Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the address you provide on the order form. It is important that this address is accurate and that we have a contact telephone number. Certain parcels may require a signature on delivery.

We cannot accept any liability for loss or damage to the Goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.

Vessels Of Glory headquarters is based in Norcross Georgia where we have our showroom and warehouse for customers to make their purchase by appointment only.

All international orders shipped out of the U.S. may incur additional taxes and duties to the customer that is charged by local custom department. Duties and Fees are customers’ responsibility and Vessels Of Glory does not collect duties for international orders.
